中考英语涉及非谓语动词的考试知识点总结
非谓语动词是中考英语的一个重点，也是一个难题。在各地的中考英语考试试题中，以下几类考试知识点尤为重要。
1、考查类似ask sb to do sth句式
可用于此类句式的动词不多，而中考英语常常涉及的则更是有限，主要的有有advise, ask, encourage, expect, get, help, invite, order, persuade, prefer, teach, tell, want, warn, wish等。如：
1. Our teacher often asks us________ questions in groups.
A. discuss B. to discuss C. discussing D. discussed
答案为B。考查ask sb to do sth。
2. Her mother always persuades her ________ her diet properly.
A. to reduce B. not to reduce C. reduce
答案为A。考查persuade sb to do sth，其中的不定式为否定式，persuade sb not to do sth意思是“说服某人不要做某事”。
2、考查类似try to do sth与try doing sth
try to do sth 表示设法做某事
try doing sth 表示做某事尝试一下有哪些成效
sTOP to do sth 表示停下来去做某事
sTOP doing sth 表示停止做正在做的事
remember to do sth 表示记住要做某事
remember doing sth 表示记住做过某事
forget to do sth 表示忘记要做某事
forget doing sth 表示忘记做过某事

A. not make B. not to make C. to make D. making
答案为B。try to do sth表示“设法做某事”，若其中的不定式为否定式，则为try not to do sth，其意为“设法不要做某事”。此题答句的意思是：那就好，我试着不要发出任何声音，由于你在睡觉。
2. I hope everyone can care about ________ the environment and sTOP ________ things.
A. protecting; wasting B. protecting; to waste
C. protect; wasting D. protect; to waste
答案为A。第一空填动名词，由于care about中的about是介词，而介词后一般要接动名词；第二空也填动名词，sTOP doing表示停止正在做的某事。句意为：我期望每一个人能注意保护环境并且停止浪费东西。
3、考查类似enjoy doing sth的句式
当及物动词后面需要接另一个动词作宾语时，有的习惯上要用不定式，有的习惯上要用动名词，其中最典型的就是enjoy。在中考英语中比较要紧的这种词有：advise, consider, enjoy, finish, give up, keep, mind, practice, put off, suggest等。如：

答案为C。mind 后接动词习惯上要用动名词。
4、考查used to do sth与be used to doing sth
used to do sth 表示过去常做某事
be used to doing sth 表示习惯于做某事

答案为C。依据句意可推知，最好答案是C。句意为：格林一家过去住在伦敦，目前他们已经习惯于住在北京。
5、考查spend time / money doing sth
英语中有两个表示“花费”的句式，注意它们所用的动词不同，所搭配的非谓语动词也不同：
Sb spends some time /some moneydoing sth.
It takes somebody some time to do sth.
We spent much time ________ English last Sunday.
A. to practice speaking B. practicing to speak C. practicing speaking

see sb doing sth 表示看见某人正在做某事
see sb do sth表示看见某人做某事
